ALLCO Development is a construction company, involved in providing civil engineering and general building services, mainly for developers who are involved in low cost developments or other general developments. Our projects also include commercial developments, schools and social amenities that government entities like municipalities wish to provide to communities.
ALLCO Development is head quartered in Sandton, Johannesburg and has a national coverage with projects in North West, Gauteng and Mpumalanga and is pursuing projects in all other provinces, including neighbouring Southern African countries.
Established in 2020, the company has handled a project in Randfontein called Affri-Village Megaproject, Greenhills, where it is tasked with providing services such as civil engineering, general building and project management services for the construction of 2,172 walk-up units. The company has geared itself for growth and contracted with several developers for a pipeline of some 60,000 units to be constructed over a period of 8 years.
